What is Kundalini Yoga? The Yoga of Awareness
Kundalini as taught by Yogi Bhajan is a precise and effective technology to access the essence of who we are, our Sat Nam, in other words, our full potential, a complete and accomplished version of ourselves. This exquisite practice combines yoga postures, breathing techniques, mantras, mudras (hand gestures), deep meditation and relaxation. The recipe of each class brings the practitioner to a balanced and harmonious state of relaxed bliss.
The power of the practice helps each person, class by class, step by step, to clear out accumulated stress, dissolve blockages, and uncover the natural source of energy and light within. It is a practice of deep grounding and subtle elevation!
